Ember+Lotus was created with a simple mission: to create activewear that makes women feel confident, supported and ready to take on whatever comes next! Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Ember+Lotus is proudly woman-owned and built around the belief that the strongest things we create are the ones that help us feel like our best selves.

I am a former gymnast, mother, wife, friend, and entrepreneur. Working out has always been a big part of who I am because I enjoy being active and improving  my mental health. As I spend a lot of time working out, I also was spending a lot of money on workout clothing and always ran into the same problems: shifting pads, uncomfortable clothing, no support, clothing ruined after one wash and this is when I knew that I wanted to create a product(s) that worked as hard as we do!

From workouts to everyday life, our products are designed to provide the support and comfort women deserve without sacrificing style. One of the key features of our products is the sewn-in padding. That's right- no more shifting pads, no more stopping mid workout to adjust, and no more digging through your washer and spending those extra frustrating minutes trying to get the pads back in.
